Prerequisite: CHEM 210, CHEM 229, CHEM 312, CHEM 322, CJ 325. A continuation of the introductory forensic course CJ 325, is designed to provide students with a strong theoretical and experimental background in forensic science applications and techniques, including proper documentation and communication of laboratory data. Through an integrated lab-lecture approach, the chemical, biological, and physical processes underlying the sampling, storage, and analysis of evidence will be studied. Laboratory fee. 4 cr.
