ENGL 133 - English Composition II:Introduction to Literature

Prerequisite: A "C" in ENGL 131, 132 or ENGL140-level, or the equivalent. This is an introduction to the analytic reading of literature including fiction, drama, and poetry with a strong emphasis on writing and elementary literary analysis. Particular attention is paid to conventions of citation and documentation. Not open to students who have completed an ENGL 150-level course. Some sections are taught concurrently with LA 151. 3 cr. Laboratory fee $25.
