This course involves incompressible flow systems which include tube flow, pipe flow and open channel flow. The principles of conservation of mass, energy and momentum are presented through applications of the Bernoulli equation and laboratory exercises. The principles of compressible and high speed flow are surveyed. Prerequisites: MATH510 Calculus III and MECH240 Thermodynamics. ACPE Course.
