ELEC 190 - Circuit Analysis

Institution:
Wentworth Institute of Technology
Subject:
Description:
The concepts of current, voltage, power, and resistance are studied. Topics also include DC and AC sources, capacitance, inductance and magnetism. Resistive circuits are analyzed using Ohm's and Kirchhoff's Laws and computer-aided circuit analysis usingSPICE is included. The concepts of impedance and admittance in sinusoidal circuits are examined and transformer theory is also studied. Laboratory work is designed to correlate with theory.
