This course introduces the process necessary to define the market for services and to further examine its segments and targets. Concurrent awareness of the tools and techniques used to move through the stages of proposal, courting, presentation and closing will enable students to actively participate in case analysis early in the course. The scope includes comparison of different design segments, their overlapping segments and the identification of opportunities for partnering. Prerequisites: Junior status or above in BSA.
