Studying the connection between solid psychological research and its practical application to everyday life enhances one's sense of well-being and promotes personal and professional happiness. Some topics include happiness, stress, coping, self-perception, persuasion, relationships, and self-improvement. Students will engage in hands-on activities leading to self-discovery. Course open to non-majors and non-minors. Prerequisite: PSYC 131. Credit, 3 hours. Offered fall semesters.
