The thinking self, proofs for God's existence, Cartesian dualism, and the problem of mind-body interaction. Locke's critique of innate ideas. Berkeley's immaterialism. Hume'sempiricism as a prelude to Kantianism. Prerequisite: GP 100 or GP 140.
