Topics covered include how psychological research has influenced court decisions, an examination of the insanity defense, how competency to stand trial is determined, what psychological processes are involved in jury selection and jury decision making, the accuracy of eyewitness identification, and how children are viewed in the legal system. Prerequisite: PC 101.
