Three Credits Spring Semester This course is intended to teach the skills needed to keep organizations competitive in the constantly changing health care environment. The course discusses developments in the health care field that require managers to have heightened skills in strategic planning and competitive analysis. The course also examines the models that exist for delivering quality service to consumers and how to build a base of loyal customers. Prerequisite: HC 323.
