Three Credits Not Offered 2008-2009 Discussion of some of the many characterizations of Boston (and its environs) and Bostonians (and other New Englanders) that have been inscribed in literature, film, painting, architecture, sculpture, and music. The objective of this course is to become immersed in words, thoughts, images, feelings about the city - in its music - in order toknow it better and appreciate it more.
