Three Credits Fall and Spring Semesters Examines the principles, techniques, and methodologies required to successfully operate an organization in today's dynamic environment. The course will address both strategic and tactical issues of operations management and evaluate their impact on competitiveness, productivity, flexibility, quality, and cost. The course will draw on case studies and the analysis of real-world situations. Prerequisites: BA 101 (or BA 120), BA 204, BA 206.
