Topics include leadership, motivation, group processes, decision-making, workplace diversity, power, conflict and negotiation, communication, and organizational culture. Particular emphasis will be placed on relevant and important issues facing organizations today. Extensive use of cases, skill-based exercises, and readings. Prerequisite: Sophomore Standing.
