Three Credits Spring Semester Examination of the nature of corporations and their role in implementing capitalism, and the technologies used by them to create advanced information systems for business-to-business E-commerce. Extensive use of advanced auditing cases will illustrate the importance of critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and fraud detection. A computer-based simulation will be used. Team projects are required. Prerequisite: BA316 and BA417.
