Description:

Three Credits Fall Semester The LC will allow students to build leadership skills by facilitating implementation of two campus programs: a leadership institute and a program to prepare students for internships and other applied-learning opportunities. A psychology course in young adult development provides the basis for understanding the processes of learning and self-development while a business course in leadership provides models for the leader's role in organizations and offers students the opportunity to assess and develop their leadership potential.
