During the fall semester of the fourth year each student will be expected to write a thesis. Preferably the thesis will cover experimental and theoretical research the student has actually done. Each student will be expected to defend his/her thesis in the spring semester of the fourth year. Four credits are obtained in the second semester of the fourth year.
