An introduction to contemporary theological issues within the framework of Christian thought. Students study mostly twentieth century schools, such as: modernism, Pentecostalism, neo-orthodoxy, post-Vatican II Catholicism, futureoriented theologies, liberation theology, feminism, narrative theology, evangelicalism, post-modernity, charismatic theologies, and trends in majority-world thinking. Prerequisites: RP266, and either Junior standing or consent of instructor. (Spring, odd )
