A workshop on the art and craft of dramatic writing. Occasional lectures may be given on craft issues including voice, structure, format, submission techniques, and the drama development process. Workshop members are expected to produce a substantial portion of a full-length script as well as evaluate their own work and that of others in the workshop. Attending live performances may be a course requirement and students should check with the instructor before registering. Prerequisite: WRI 1100. 3 credits. Fall 2009.
