The countries of Asia vary considerably from the Least Developed to the "Tigers" along the Pacific Rim. The governmentsystems include the democracy of India and the communist regime of North Korea. The course presents a means of analyz- ing the significant variables that have impacted the development of these states on the Asian continent. Prerequisite: PSC 1202. 3 credits. Offered as needed.
