This course will provide the basic elements of adult learning. Various learning styles, time management, test taking strategies, special study strategies, learning through reflective writing, and critical thinking in health care will be explored. A secondary focus of this course is safe medication administration. The Dimensional Analysis method will be used for dosage calculations. Prerequisite: Health Science Major and/or permission of the instructor.
