8 Week Session (2 contact hours per week) Application of nursing knowledge using a variety of resources is used in preparation for the graduate nursing role. Critical thinking and the nursing process will be used to integrate and reflect upon the total range of nursing knowledge in a comprehensive manner. The HESI Exit Examination will be given as a component of the course. A total score of at least 900 on the HESI Exit Examination is required to pass the course. The HESI Exit Examination Score is not rounded (I.E., 99.9 does not round to 100 but remains 99). Prerequisite: Nursing courses in the first three nursing semesters. Co requisites: NUR 232/233/235/242
