These two courses (taken in sequential order) are required for students interested in earning a B.A. with Honors in Psychology. The courses provide students with supervised research and/or internship experiences for Psychology Majors with at least 3.5 GPA. These intensive courses are intended for students who are interested in seeking publication for original research projects or who plan to pursue graduate training in psychology. An Honors Thesis will be required at the completion of PSY 495, along with a successful defense of the thesis. Prerequisite: Major in psychology, senior status, research sponsor, and approval of instructor.
