This course is designed for educators to develop a fundamental understanding of the research demonstrating the strong connections between our minds and bodies. Aspects of muscle memory learning and how that aids individual learning and the learning of students in school classrooms is introduced. Students will practice aerobic and isometric exercises to increase energy and attention skills. Students will participate in add design kinesthetic activities to accompany their own content area coursework. Elements of play and dance will be incorporated.
