This course explores basic functioning of the human body at the cellular level to discover how each system is regulated and controlled by another for the good of the body as a whole. Laboratory sessions cover techniques and exercises appropriate to the course. Prerequisite: Placement may be based upon previous high school or post-secondary science courses and preparation. This course is applicable only to LPN bridge students and is offered on an as needed basis in coordination with the nursing department.
