Exploration of concepts, methods and materials necessary to the organization of a pre-school or early elementary art program. Studio experience is provided in various areas including drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking, and crafts in order to develop the ability and confidence of the college student, educators and the children they will teach. The underlying philosophy is that the process, rather than the product, is to be emphasized.
