MU 300 - Instrumental Music Ensemble

Instrumental Music Ensemble is open to players of all instruments: strings, winds, brass, percussion. Repertoire is varied, from classical to jazz, and students have opportunities to perform on campus for special events and liturgies including the annual Christmas Concert. Rehearsal is held once a week. On a pass/fail basis, four credits toward the degree will be awarded at the end of four semesters of participation. Students who take the course for pass/fail credit are expected to (1) attend all weekly rehearsals, (2) attend additional rehearsals immediately before a performance if necessary, (3) practice outside of class time, and (4) participate in all performances. Students must supply their own instruments. Registration in Fine Arts Center Music wing as posted. Bring your class schedule with you.
