Topics studied include stoichiometry, gas laws, electronic and nuclear structure of the atom, chemical bonding and molecular structure, and periodic properties of the elements Three hours of lecture per week; accompanied by a lab course Pre- or corequisites: MTH 113 or placement beyond; Corequisite: CHE 115.
