This course is an overview of the basic ideas and calculations of physics. Topics covered in the course include motion, momentum, energy, fluids, thermodynamics, waves, electricity and magnetism, light and optics, and an introduction of some modern physics topics. Prerequisite: MA 140 or 145 or equivalent. A student will not receive credit toward graduation requirements for both PSC 103 and PSC 240. This course is designed for the non-science major.
