Description:
Seminar III is the final and culminating course of the Organizational Management Program. It is organized to maximize interaction among seminar participants; to contrast various aspects of management and leadership; to create a supportive context for the enhancement of presentation skills; and, to provide a framework that strengthens students' abilities regarding conceptual flexibility as managers and leaders. The students will prepare an assessment of their experience as a part of a portfolio of their work. They will also prepare a presentation that focuses on life values and their vision of the future. In additions, students will complete various program assessments required by Midway College.
