This course is a study of the methods of teaching riding and showing. Emphasis will be placed on the abilities and skills a good instructor must possess to teach riding at all levels. Other topics include horse management, safety and care and evaluation of school horses. Prerequisite: Passing grade in the equitation proficiency exam or consent of instructor.
