This course is a study of evaluation principles relative to academic, social, and personal characteristics of children and youth. Formal/informal evaluation and diagnosis, as a basis for writing Individual Education Programs (IEPs), will be emphasized. Applied behavior analysis will be contrasted with alternative evaluation techniques. Prerequisites: EDU 315 and admission to the Teacher Education Program. Designated professional studies.
