This module will focus on understanding adult learning and developmental theory and the career management and planning process. Self-assessment and analysis of the resulting information will be key components to the learning process. Each student will develop a professional Portfolio to review past experiences, assess his or her strengths and weaknesses, identify knowledge and skills acquired, and assemble evidence of those knowledge and skills. 3 semester hours.
