This Methods class provides knowledge and insight into curriculum development, lesson planning, student/teacher assessment strategies, the creation of PreK-6 classroom schedule, selection of materials, and classroom management strategies used in general music to elementary students (PK-6). Concurrent enrollment: EDUC 3614 and EDUC 3610. Prerequisites: MUED 2001 Brass Methods, MUED 2102 Woodwind Methods, MUED 2301 Percussion Methods, MUED 2401 String Methods, MUED 4001 Vocal/Choral Methods and MUED 3702 Choral Literature and Conducting or MUED 3802 Instrumental Literature and Conducting.
