3 hours This course concerns the use of marketing research as an aid to making marketing decisions. It focuses on the different types of marketing research (qualitative and quantitative) as well as the complex issues at each stage of the marketing research process, including research objectives, questionnaire construction (specifically for survey research), sampling, data collection, and statistical analysis. Additionally this course addresses how the information used to make marketing decisions is gathered and analyzed.
