3 hours Business and Professional Communication is a course designed to expose students to strategies for effective communication in a business environment. Students will deal with both oral and written forms of communication. The course will also deal with the effective communication of information through the use of spreadsheets and graphs, as well as on-line communication skills that are essential to success in today's business environment. Students will learn effective techniques for using technology to enhance an oral presentation as well. (Fall and Spring)
