An introduction to inorganic chemistry with laboratory for science majors. In order to be successful in 111, it is recommended, but not required, that students have an ACT score of at least 21 (or its equivalent) in Math and at least 22 in natural science. Students with scores below the recommended minimums in math and/or natural science should consider completing MA 111 and/or CH 105 before enrolling in CH 111. CH 111 is a prerequisite or a corequisite for CH 112. Credit five hours. (Fee $60)
