This course provides the opportunity for students to learn about.and appreciate the animals that make-up about 95% of animal species on Earth. We will study their historical presence, extant distributions, identification, anatomy, physiology, and behavior. Three lectures and one 3 hr laboratory. Prerequisite: Biology 2305 and 2306. Offered during the fall semester of even-numbered years.
