An interdisciplinary course on the unique aspects of female leadership. This course integrates psychology, sociology, ethics, political science and business concepts. Using current and historical leaders, students examine the personal and professional attributes of successful female leaders in the corporate, political, government and education sectors. An evaluation of students' skills and personality traits in the context of leadership potential will also be conducted. Cross-listed with IS 3350.
