( 3 hours). This course stresses the importance of project and time management in assuring the success of information technology projects. It identifies the key challenges from budgets and scheduling to dealing with difficult team members CIS managers and team leaders are most likely to encounter, and presents solutions that address both the human and technical issues. Prerequisite: BA 3355 and one of the following: CIS 2301, 2303 and 2305.
