Introduction to CIS will provide students with hands-on experience and basic skills in information systems analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance. It also introduces students to the social and legal issues surrounding technology. This foundation will prepare CIS majors for advanced course work and internships. This class should be taken prior to any other CIS classes. No prerequisite other than keyboarding ability.
