Explores tools and methods used by neuroscientists to study the brain (e.g., MRI, fMRI, ERP, PET). Both theoretical and empirical research discussed within topics of neuroanatomy, cognitive psychophysiology and neural substrates of executive functions (e.g., memory, decision making). Major research project required along with attending fi eld trips to nearby brain-imaging laboratories. Prerequisite: PSY349 or permission of instructor.
