Prerequisites: Completion of the G.E. Foundation, six-units of general education science courses, upper-division standing, and consent of instructor. Accomplishments of women in natural science, engineering, and mathematics and obstacles precluding easy access to these careers for women. Includes women's historical roles in science, contributions made, and contributions ignored or devalued by peers. Disciplines include science, history, and sociology. Letter grade only (A-F).
