Consists of instruction, practice, and evaluation in physical fitness. Cardiorespiratory, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility activities will be emphasized within the course. Open to Kinesiology majors only or consent of instructor. Not open for credit to Kinesiology majors in the pedagogy options. Letter grade only (A-F). (Discussion 1 hour, Laboratory 3 hours.)
