Prerequisites: BIOL 207; KIN 207, 300, 308A. Theoretical concepts and clinical skills for assessment of athletic injury and illness. The second semester of a two-semester sequence (KIN 308A and 308B). Emphasis is on the thorax and abdomen, upper extremity, eye, face, head, and neck. Open to Kinesiology majors in Athletic Training or consent of instructor. Letter grade only (A-F). (Lecture 1 hour, Activity 2 hours)
