Quality gurus and Deming's philosophy on TQM, Strategic planning, Customer satisfaction, TQM tools, data representation, Worker empowerment/ teamwork, Supply chain management, Statistical tools for controlling quality, ISO 9000, Malcolm Baldrige Award, Deming's Prize, practice and Case studies.
