Examines the structure and operation of the criminal court systems of the U.S. at the local, state, and federal levels, including their respective jurisdictions. Emphasizes pretrial and adjudication processes and the organizational roles and behaviors within the court system. Not open for credit to students with credit in CRIM 351. Letter grade only (A-F).
