Prerequisites: BIOL 340 with a grade of "C" or better. Study of cellular and molecular components of immune system, including how immune system recognizes pathogens, how it functions in various types of immune responses, mechanisms of vaccines, immunodeficiencies, transplantation, allergy, and autoimmunity. Same course as MICR 430. Letter grade only (A-F). (Lecture 3 hrs.)
