Discusses the impact of the common law, statutes, regulations and the U.S. Constitution on the business organization. It provides an understanding of the court systems, and the legislative and regulatory processes. The course also furnishes an analysis of the law as it affects various business practices including defective products, contracts, employment, environmental practices and international business activities.
