Involves theory, practice, and research in group dynamics. Practicing teamwork, collaborative decisionmaking, conflict resolution, motivation, visioning, and evaluative processes are also essential elements of student learning. Prerequisite: INTD100 T.E.A.M., INTD100 L.I.N.K.S., LEAD150, PHED190 or permission of the instructor.
