Literature seminar (in French) which examines the origins, development, and diversity of the modern French short story, through the study of selected 19th and 20th century texts by French and Francophone authors. Literary analysis stresses critical thinking skills, oral expression and focused writing activities. Selected film clips reinforce learning.
