Professional training in progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training, breathing exercises, yoga stretching, imagery, and meditation. Students learn to construct individualized relaxation tapes for practice clients and present professional relaxation workshops. Not a substitute for personal relaxation training, personal stress management, counseling, or psychotherapy. Prereq: nine semester hours in psychology. (3 Credits)
